20 million RFID Inlays per month: SMARTRAC

One of it is a high safety production plant for the production of Inlays, which are used in applications for the electronic exchange (ePayment) and the electronic person identification (oath). The location existed numerous strict qualification processes. The three further factories are manufacturing plants for standard Inlays, which for example in the logistics, with which animal identification, in the public suburban traffic or with the admission control are used.The majority of these RFID Inlays produces SMARTRAC with its prop. guessing eras wire moving technology, which set standards for numerous applications. For an increasing number of Inlays the antennas besides with the etching technique and the wrap wire technique are produced.The world-wide production network of SMARTRAC covers also manufacturing plants in Brazil, the USA and Germany. The second largest production location in the province one from in Brazil, in which the enterprise predominantly manufactures RFID Inlays for the local market, has a monthly production capacity of approximately two million units.SMARTRAC at present a further factory in Malaysia constructs.
